Do you recognize these sign on jeepneys? I really think that sometimes, the drivers are being sarcastic and literally stupid when they themselves are smoking. If they intend to smoke, whats the purpose of putting these b******t sign, is it only applied for the passengers? or maybe they just don't know how to read! I hope they realize that what their doing is wrong because the passengers are the ones that is suffering from it.
